New Technicians Required

Due to continued expansion Avensys are looking for new Medical Equipment Technicians for workshops in the following areas; West Midlands, Yorkshire, East Anglia and Scotland.

Apprentices

Avensys are looking to the future, and have decided to take on two young apprentices. We are trying to do our part for the economy and offer school leavers the chance for a career. We realise that under 25’s are the worst hit by unemployment in the current working environment and want to do our bit to help kick start the economy.

We also realise that this could be a good move for future growth within the company, as we will have home grown electrical engineers in a few years. We shall be putting the apprentices through Level 2 education all the way through to a degree standard, over 5+ years.

The apprentices are due to start in September 2009.

New Contract

Avensys had good news on Monday 17th August 2009. We won a contract that we had been bidding on in Yorkshire. This is very encouraging as it will fuel our growth, and enable us to become more competitive in our operating market.

Avensys Medical: Bespoke Database

Avensys have launched their new database, which will become the cornerstone of the Avensys Medical asset management system, our bespoke equipment database provides both ourselves and our customers uninterrupted and remote access to the equipment data.

It can be accessed by the online login screen, via a secure, password controlled web-portal, users gain access to their equipment’s information in varying degrees as per their individual access rights.

The online equipment database acts as a storage hub containing the equipment details for a particular site or group. Incredibly flexible, the database can be tailored to a customer’s needs to ensure ease of use throughout.
