Avensys UK Ltd have adjusted the way we work and operate the business in line with the government guidance for everyone’s safety.

We continue to monitor the COVID-19 corona virus situation through the World Health Organisation, Public Health England and the UK Government website to minimise the effect on our business, staff and customers.

We are following all guidelines with regards to preventative measures and continue to review the company’s operations in light of COVID-19.

Our services are essential during the current situation therefore, our head office sites remain open to ensure the efficient running of the business at the most important and busiest time for our customers. Our head office workshop engineers are now working across our three sites, ensuring they are working in line with social distancing.

As part of our risk management we have reinforced procedures to all engineers, and they are all following Government guidelines and site specific requirements.

To date there has been minimal impact on the supply of services to our customers. Avensys UK Ltd has addressed any risks within our business continuity plan and continue to monitor and adapt as required. Supplier monitoring remains a key focus of operations and we will update customers on any matters arising.

We will continue to monitor this situation closely and will advise of any changes in circumstances to Avensys UK Ltd. Should circumstance develop and require as much, we have a detailed response plan in place to ensure continuation of our services.
