Avensys’ Repair and Maintenance division is the cornerstone upon which the business has been built.

ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO13485 accredited, we have a nationwide network of engineers across the UK which ensures that we are always available to visit your site should the need arise. Should your needs require, we can establish an on-site service centre, at which our resident EBME engineers work closely with your clinical team to ensure that equipment is serviced and always ready for use.  Trusting Avensys with your medical technologies means that EBME issues will never interfere with your ability to deliver services to patients.

Visibility Through Transparency
Partnering with Avensys means you are always able to see the status of your medical device inventory either by individual device, or grouped by location. The Avensys Health – Inventory Management System is an industry first in its reporting capabilities and level of transparency afforded the user. A simple colour key denotes the status of every asset, including ‘Repair Upcoming’, ‘In Repair’ and ‘In Date’. The search function enables devices to be listed by location, with varying degrees of specificity as the user requires, including hospital site, department and theatre. KPI’s are reported on within the system, in which you can see the status of your medical devices and compare against our contractual obligations, and of course should you have any questions about any aspect of your device’s maintenance schedule or a particular repair, your dedicated account manager is always on hand to answer any questions.

As a point of principle, we ensure that we are able to provide our services to any and all medical facilities that may benefit – we have never grown ‘too big for the little guy’. We work with independent medical facilities for whom we maintain a relatively small number of assets, through to NHS trusts at which we maintain tens of thousands of assets.
