Delivery and Assessment:
Learning takes place predominantly in the work place mainly through the completion of workbooks, online activities and tests, direct practice with supervision by the mentor in the workplace and through peer group discussions on the virtual learning environment. High levels of contact time are offered through the dedicated web support of Moodle. Alternatives to traditional class-based study allow learners to undertake learning at a time and pace which suits them. This makes the programme more accessible than a traditional university course. One day practical-based sessions and assessments form part of the Diploma where attendance at our site is mandatory delivered on a Monday sequentially every ten weeks.

Modules are delivered sequentially, obviating the need for learners to complete and submit assessments for multiple modules concurrently.
