Tour of the new training facilities

When building this new facility our aim was to replicate the hospital environment in which bio-medical engineers operate. The new academy includes an operating theatre, hospital ward, dental surgery and medical imaging room. These dedicated training rooms are used for practical training while theoretical study takes place in modern classrooms that have been kitted out with the latest educational technology such as the huge interactive television you can see pictured.
