We follow a strict process which ensures that every medical device we ship to a customer is safe and fit for purpose.
We collect equipment from hospitals which has become surplus to requirement and sell it on their behalf. The majority of our Resale Service customers are NHS hospitals that replace their medical equipment on a regular basis as part of a long-term capital replacement plan and the devices that they send to us have generally been well looked after and subject to routine servicing.
Upon arrival at our site, each device is thoroughly inspected and tested by an experienced bio-medical engineer to ascertain its condition and whether it is safe to use. Only devices that are deemed to be in good condition and safe to use are listed for sale on our website, the rest are sent off to our HQ Workshop for repair and then resubmitted for inspection. Only when we are satisfied that a device is fit for purpose is it listed for sale. Furthermore, every device comes with a minimum of three months warranty to provide additional reassurance to our customers.
