Avensys Leadership Strategy Meeting at the Training Academy
Today the Avensys leadership strategy meeting took place at the Avensys Training Academy, located within the Black Country and Marches Institute of Technology. This purpose-built facility, also home to our biomedical engineering courses and customer training, provided the perfect setting for a day of focused discussion and planning for the year ahead.

Bringing the Whole Team Together
Managers and senior leaders from all Avensys divisions and services normally based across multiple UK locations came together in person. Being in the same room, without the usual Teams signal dropouts, allowed everyone to share ideas freely and to build stronger connections across departments.
The day’s agenda covered strategic goals, key tactics and detailed roadmaps designed to ensure Avensys continues to deliver outstanding service to healthcare providers in both NHS and private sectors.
