Who Should Attend:
This course is designed for engineers and technicians who are new to dental equipment maintenance and looking to develop foundational knowledge and practical skills in servicing and maintaining dental chairs, handpieces, aspirators, compressors, and other essential dental equipment.
Pre-requisites:
Have prior experience and competence in electrical safety testing of medical devices.
The minimum age for entry onto the course is 18 years old.
Course Aim:
To equip engineers and technicians with fundamental knowledge and practical skills in maintaining and servicing dental equipment, including dental chairs, carts, handpieces, compressors, and aspirators. The course will provide an understanding of engineering principles and practical experience in reactive and preventative maintenance in compliance with industry standards, MHRA guidance, and relevant legislation.

On conclusion of the course the learners will be able to:
