Meeting Our Endoscopy Partners in Germany

This week, members of the Avensys endoscopy team travelled to Germany to meet with our valued partners Temamed and HERMED. Avensys manages the repair of endoscopes for hospitals across Europe, a complex process that relies on close integration between international team members and a thorough understanding of our partners’ processes and requirements.

As the scale and success of this collaborative service continue to grow, it has become increasingly important to align on strategy and future plans. While virtual meetings have their place and Teams is useful, nothing compares to the benefits of meeting face to face to build stronger relationships and share ideas.

A Strategic Step Forward

The meeting brought together business representatives from all three organisations to share insights on the rising demand for endoscope maintenance across Europe. The teams worked together to refine processes that will ensure efficiency, maintain high quality and deliver consistent turnaround times for hospitals. They also focused on developing a forward looking strategy designed to meet the needs of healthcare providers and their patients in the years ahead.

A very big thank you goes to Temamed for hosting the meeting in their new offices. The warm welcome and the excellent facilities provided the perfect environment for discussion and planning. Perhaps the next meeting will take place at Avensys.
