How does servicing work?
Our servicing and maintenance option includes the cost of any travel, labour and service kits required in order to service your device in line with OEM recommendations.
Service packages can be customised to include repairs and call-outs; contact us to discuss how we can best support your practice needs.
Are there any up front costs?
We can build the payment plan to suit your specific needs, with various deposit options available including no upfront cost packages.
Can I purchase the equipment at the end of the rental period?
Our rental does not include an option to purchase the equipment at the end of the rental period; however alternative finance packages are available if this is something that you require.
There is also the option to simply rent a brand new piece of equipment at the end of the period, ensuring peace of mind that your equipment is up-to-date and will continue to perform.
Is fitting/installation included in the cost?
Yes, if your equipment requires fitting/installation and commissioning, this is included in the price.
Are there any delivery costs?
No, delivery is included as standard.
What happens at the end of the rental agreement?
There are a number of options – you can choose to replace your equipment with new equipment or continue to rent your existing equipment at a re-calculated cost.
Are spares and replacement parts included in your servicing packages?
Service kits and standard spare parts required for annual servicing are included.
Repairs and any parts required for repairs are additional cost, however service packages can be customised to include repairs and call-outs to meet your practice needs.
What happens if our equipment requirements change during the rental period?
We can work with you to build new rental packages incorporating any additional requirements throughout the rental period.
