We are delighted to announce the launch of our impressive dental showroom, which located at our Kidderminster Head Office.
We have created a unique space that reflects our commitment to excellence and demonstrates our dental capability. This dental space will also be used to further train Avensys engineers, in dental equipment technology.
Our showroom is a visually stunning environment, which oozes professionalism and showcases our commitment to outstanding quality. It also houses cutting-edge equipment and technology and is fully equipped with the latest dental tools and technologies, all of which will be incorporated into our engineer training courses as we invest in engineers of the future. Interactive displays, offer some fun engagement and demonstrate the range of services and equipment offerings.
With strong growth plans, Avensys Dental Solutions are proud to be forging ahead, with the capability and experience to provide a leading national, full-service model, in the dental arena.

Summer Apprenticeship Intake Proving Popular!
Apprenticeships are a great way to get new people into medical engineering and provide them with the training they need for a career in the industry. Avensys provide bio-medical engineering apprenticeship training in partnership with Dudley College of Technology, with apprenticeship assessors across England.
Our summer intake has nearly filled; however, we have places available on our Level 2 courses still available.

Employer Recognition Award
This month we were delighted to receive an ‘Employer Recognition Award’ from the Black Country & Marches Institute of Technology (IoT).
Presented at the IoT in Dudley, at a special celebration and awards ceremony, the event was held to recognise the support of the key partners, who have played a significant role in the success of the Black Country & Marches Institute of Technology, following its first two years of operation.
Importantly, the support the Institute receives, is demonstrated through the design and delivery of its curriculum offer, enhancements to student employability and the way it can respond to local demand for skills education and training.
Avensys Training Academy specialises in providing comprehensive training courses and apprenticeships tailored specifically for bio-medical engineers, dental engineers and sterile services staff. Training is delivered from our multi-million-pound facility, located at the prestigious Black Country and Marches Institute of Technology (IoT). This impressive facility is equipped with a dedicated hospital ward, theatre and dental rooms, which are specifically designed to cater to the unique training needs of our learners, ensuring they receive hands-on experience in a realistic environment.
Thank you to the IoT for the special recognition given to Avensys. Through this facility and relationship, Avensys has earned recognition as the leading training provider for bio-medical engineering in the UK.
Employee of the Month Award
Big congratulations to the winners of our ‘Employee of the Month Award’ for July!
Our engineer employee of the month is Joel Phillips, he has been leading a team on a small project and gone above and beyond to make sure the tasks are being accomplished in time. Joel is not afraid of working on new devices and once he has attended to his own his workload, Joel is always helping the other teams to complete the PPM workload.
Our non-engineer employee of the month is Rachel Harrington, Rachel started working for Avensys in December 2022, Rachel has applied herself to her roles with such enthusiasm. Rachel has taken on many duties which she has carried out with accuracy and speed. Rachel helps her colleagues and is proactive in looking at current processes, suggesting new ways to make processes more efficient. Rachel has become a valued team member and is appreciated for her hard work.
Well done to both Joel and Rachel – thanks for your hard work and support.
