Compact and reliable sealing device for practice and clinic

MELAseal 100+ is a compact bar sealing device combining high performance and reliability with easy operation. After a short pre-heating phase of 2 minutes, sterilization pouches (e.g. MELAfol) can be sealed without pause. The integrated electronics monitor the sealing time and the sealing temperature of every sealing procedure. The operating state of MELAseal 100+ is indicated by an optical and acoustic signal.

    Select an additional reel dispenser that best suits your practice conditions: the reel dispenser “standard” locates the rolls on the rear of the sealing device. The reel dispensers “comfort“, Deluxe and the wall mounted reel dispenser hang the MELAfol rolls above the sealing device, thereby saving space. The reel dispenser Deluxe is also fitted with a hand wheel to ensure easy and ergonomic feeding of the MELAfol rolls.

    New and second hand medical and dental equipment is dispatched with a minimum 3 month guarantee and does not leave our workshops before being fully inspected by an engineer.
